Index exchange server and eml files

Hi guys.

i been looking for the right solution to get the messages of a certain mail box on exchange server into elastic. Seems that logstash might be what i need (current me if im wrong). is there a plugin for this? or any other solution? i also need a similar solution to read eml files (outlook mail file)
