Index rating is increasing but document count is constant

like this for days.

What is the reason?

It probably means that you are updating documents.

I have 1 billion and more than 1 TB of data. I am trying to upload to Elasticsearch but they stay like this before I can load them all.

Is there anything in the Elasticsearch logs? What does heap usage look like? What does disk utilisation look like? How are you indexing data?
