Install Kibana plugin in a cluster environment

I have an ELK cluster with two Kibana instances running on server1 and server2, with a HAProxy in front of those, so Kibana is available to users at https://elk_cluster.org/

If I want to install a Kibana plugin to be available to the users, do I need to do it on both Kibana servers?

Yes. Kibana does not run in a clustered mode.
