Installing elastica on windows7

Elasticsearch (Version: elasticsearch-0.19.7)PATH: D:\elasticsearch\bin\elasticsearch.bat;
JAVA_HOME: C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin
ELASTICA (Version: ruflin-Elastica-v0.19.3.0-79-g3d38efa): D:\xampp\htdocs\surch

i am using Windows7 set up the above mentioned variables in ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES
but in command prompt am unable to run elasticsearch.bat file please help me in that.

I had same error

are you sure that your JVM has been properly deployed? you could compile and run a java file with your JVM.if ES still doesn't work ,i suggest you run the bat file in the cmd window and check what's the error.
P.S. es runs smmothly on my pc with win7 system.
