Hey @Hanen, you can write a custom Visualization plugin to use D3 directly, https://www.elastic.co/blog/developing-new-kibana-visualizations walks you through how to do so but it's a rather significant effort.

You can also use Vega to create your own visualizations, and it's a lot lower effort: https://www.elastic.co/blog/custom-vega-visualizations-in-kibana
