my config Elasticsearch.yml

http.port: 9200
xpack.security.enabled: true
xpack.security.enrollment.enabled: true
xpack.security.http.ssl:
  enabled: true
  keystore.path: certs/http.p12
xpack.security.transport.ssl:
  enabled: true
  verification_mode: certificate
  keystore.path: certs/transport.p12
  truststore.path: certs/transport.p12
cluster.initial_master_nodes: ["els"]
http.host: [_local_, _site_]```

check my keystore

/usr/share/Elasticsearch/bin/Elasticsearch-keystore list
autoconfiguration.password_hash
keystore.seed
xpack.security.http.ssl.keystore.secure_password
xpack.security.transport.ssl.keystore.secure_password
xpack.security.transport.ssl.truststore.secure_password

The error says :

but the configuration that you shared has

xpack.security.transport.ssl:
  enabled: true

Is this a multinode cluster ? Do all nodes have the same configuration ? Is the error log from the same node that you copied the configuration from ?

nope, single node cluster i only have one elastic sir.
