Is Elasticsearch 0.90.0 release GA?

I want to know: If the latest Elasticsearch 0.90.0 release is a GA release
or an RTM release.

Because: I'm considering to upgrade to 0.90.0, but would like to wait if
there is another release that is GA for this series.

The release notes only mention this release to be stable.

It's a GA release. So, yes this is the first stable 0.9x release. Given
that this is a pretty big release with many changes, you could choose to
wait for a few patch releases.
