Is ILM ia available in basic subscription of elasticsearch 7.8?

Hi Friends...!
Hope everyone doing good.
Please let me know ILM is available for free in elasticsearch 7.8.
Currently I'm using the elastic version of 7.2.1. I want to create index for every 3 months. But the thing is I am ingesting data via alias name not with index name. So I want to remove ingest alias name from old index and want to add in new index. Shall I do this via ILM?. or suggest me any other options.

Yes. It's available within the default distribution with the Basic (Free) license. See https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions
