Is it possible to connect Workplace Search with outlook mailboxes?

Hello,

I'm going to start a project for which I have several data sources to index : Sharepoint Online, Salesforce, Custom Database, and Outlook mailboxes. Is there a connector for Outlook ? And is it possible to manage the access rights to these emails at user level ?

Hi Laetitia,

There is no first-party connector for Outlook currently. But we're constantly growing the portfolio of connectors and requests like this really help our prioritization.

In the meantime, you could build a Custom API Source to connect Outlook.
Managing access rights is possible, you will need to use Document permissions.
