Is it possible to set xpack setting using command line?

something like:

-Expack.monitoring.exporters.monit.type=http -Expack.monitoring.exporters.monit.hosts=http://es:9200

I tried exactly that, but it fails.

forget it, was a problem in the way plugins works in official docker image
