Is Kibana Custom Plugin is good strategy?

As Kibana on the Known Plugin Page suggesting to not provide backward compatibility for the plugins which are developed with the Kibana. There are changes coming in minor versions as well, where developers are required to make sure they re compile the plugin code and make sure it is working in latest version.

Is this a indication that using Kibana Plugins not recommended by Elastic?

Or is there a plan to change this in near future.

Hello Shaleen,

Not really. We just can't take the responsibility for maintaining the plugins though.
That rests on individual developer. Its your call and check the github history of the plugin to see if its been being actively maintained.
