Is there a date time picker for date-based filters?

Having to type in the date is kind of a deal breaker for the application we're building, so we need a date time picker in the filters instead.

How can this most easily be achieved? Can it be done without a plugin? If not, is there a plugin that provides this functionality?

I'm essentially trying to figure out how to introduce date picker here.
