Export App Search Configuration (Web Crawler, Curation, etc ...)

I would like to export all App Search configuration related to web crawler, relevance tuning, curation, etc ... to a file (XML or JSON), so others users can collaborate, check the file, modify it and test it in their own App Search instance. How can it be done ? If this cannot be done, is there a way to enable multiple users to edit the App Search configuration ?
