Is there any way to disbale Kibana News and Help buttons?

Hi,

I am using Elastic Stack 7.9.2 and I would like to disable Help and News Feed buttons from Kibana;

I have alrady disabled newsfeed system configuration in kibana.yml file;

newsfeed.enabled: false

but still, I am able to see news feed. Every time I open Kibana (incognito), I can see the magenta alert bubble as well.

How can I permanently remove and disable this?
