Is there any way to load elastic prebuilt rules by using command?

Hello.

I can load Elastic prebuilt rules and timeline templates by clicking in kibana. But I want to know if I can load Elastic prebuilt rules and timeline templates by sending a command not click.

The reason why I ask is I'm gonna establish several systems and want the prebuilt rules to be loaded on all systems with a single command.
