Issue with adding plugins to elasticsearch plugins folder runing as a pod on kubernetes

Hey All
When im adding new plugin by ruining the next command:

bin/elasticsearch-plugin install [plugin_name]

The plugin added and i can see him when im listing the plugins but after the pod restart the plugin disappear.
The weird issue that geo-ip and user-agent plugins stay there.

Can anyone advise what can cause the issue or how to add plugins to elasticsearch when ruining as pod in kubernetes environment.
