KIbana 4.6.6: Where are Development tools?

Greetings,
I'm using Kibana 4.6.6. The documentation refers to the Development Tolls menu option, but I don't find any in the console. Where is it ?

Yes, the development tools are part of Kibana since 5.0. I believe that in the 4.x series (which is way past its end of life for us) the dev tools are installed separately: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/sense/current/introduction.html
