Installed ELK stack latest version (elastic,logstash,kibana) to do some testing with nginx log analyze that is being forwarded to syslog. After installation and preliminary configuration, I ran into some issues with the mappings (off topic) and due to that, I needed to use Dev Tools. I've worked with kibana before, and Dev Tools were always there. But in my kibana installation, I cannot find in in menu or any submenus. Tried using
console.enabled: true
but again, it did not work. Is there something missing?

Which user are you logged in with? does it have correct privileges?

I have disabled the authentication so I login without any specific user.
