In the previous Kibana Sense was server URL bar where you could change destination server for the queries.
Is it gone or I just cannot find it how to show it.
Is there some way how to access more ES from Dev Tools panel?

It was intentionally removed, console now only has access to the node that Kibana is pointed at. We didn't want it to be able to access any old cluster since the requests are all proxied through the Kibana server now, so it's possible they might have elevated privileges and that isn't very clear to folks setting it up. See this issue for the reasoning behind the decision.
That issue does mention the possibility of allowing a list of servers to be added to the configuration so that users could select from that list, but I don't see an open issue about implementing that. Feel free to file an issue about adding that on github.
