Kibana 5.4.1 keeps on crashing on various setups - blocker for adoption in a large enterprise

Hello,

It seems kibana 5.4.1 is crashing on various different setups - this has raised the question of instability and quality of the software to be used in production. We are in trial mode now.
Will appreciate if any guidance can be provided whether such issues are being investigated actively and will be fixed in next release ?

Scenarios in which it has crashed repeatedly so far:

  1. While trying to move the axis from left to right while retaining a left axis for another chart in same bar chart visualization
  2. While attempting to change colour of bars/lines of an existing chart
  3. Certain combination of filters - bit random it seems. Couldn't find any pattern.

Is there way to increase logging to capture debug info?

This is a major issue for us now and unless business can be assured quickly about fixes we'll have to abadon Kibana and probably elastic search.

Tx
