Kibana 5.4 DOT SIZE not able to reduce the circle

Recently upgraded to 5.4.0 and the dot size is not able to reduce. If I looking for 2days graph. It is not view able. Because it filled with dots.
Is there any option to reduce the dot size.

I tried the uncheck the "Show Circle" in Metrix and Axies tab. It good in the visualization but when this import to dashboard it again revert. it is too much of dot for more time frame.
Dashboard not picking up the visualization setting for this dot.

The issue with the setting not being saved when it's added to a dashboard, I suspect is due to this bug https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/11954 which is fixed in 5.4.2. Can you upgrade?
