I prefer to show UI text in kibana localized for different users. It includes dashboard, discover and all the pages in kibana
My use case is to support multiple languages not a single language. Is this possible in 5.6.13?
Unfortunately it isn't. We have efforts underway now, but we don't have any fully localized versions of Kibana available yet. https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/17469 can be followed if you want to track progress.
