Kibana 6.4 ability to hide filter bar

Hi,
In Kibana 6.4 release notes, it added the ability to show and hide the filter bar [#17161]. Would someone kind enough to show me how to do that.

The name of the feature is a little misleading. If you look through the comments on this PR there are some animations that show how it works: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/17161
