What I've done:
rm /etc/timezone
ln -s /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Paris /etc/timezone
dpkg-reconfigure -f noninteractive tzdata
EDIT: IT WORKS ! I deleted the index and everything work fine ! Thank you for your time !
