Kibana Alerts and Actions - Index and Server Log connectors disabled

Hello,

I am trying to use Kibana Alerts and Actions with the built-in index connector (xpack.actions.preconfiguredAlertHistoryEsIndex), yet when I try to create a rule and an action there is no option to choose the index connector:

This screenshot was taken while attempting to create a rule in Elastic Security.

Debugging Kibana I found the offending part of the code: kibana/constants.ts at master · elastic/kibana · GitHub. I can see that .index is not in the approved action types.

Does anyone know why is this and if it would be possible to change it?
