We want to prepare an analytics dashboard in Kibana, at the same time we want to expose these APIs in other BI tools to visualize.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
e.g.
I have tableau and jasper reports for analytics
Same analytics, which I have prepared in Kibana, want to expose as an API in external BI tool as RESTful API

I'm not 100% sure I've understood your use case, but I can assure you that you can't create a dashboard and expose each single dashboard panel as an API. From what I can imagine you are interested only on the data that made up each single dashboard panel, in this case, you have to build the Elasticsearch query yourself (or copy the one used by Kibana Visualizations (go to Inspect -> Request on the Visualize app) and use them with your BI
