Kibana can't show any apm data

elasticsearch: 7.13.1
apm: 7.13.1

I can see apm data in discover.

Kibana APM have no data.

Is this for the same date and time in Time-picker ? Try increasing the time and check. Also plz refer to this guide : Troubleshoot common problems | Kibana Guide [7.9] | Elastic

Briefly this entails:

  1. Stop ingestion.
  2. Delete existing indices
  3. Load index mapping templates
  4. Start ingestion
