Very thanks for developed the plugin.
I wondering whether I able to install this plugin in Kibana, kibana-7.11.2-windows-x86_64?

I keep getting the installation failure (when install locally ) with the failure that

[ Plugin installation was unsuccessful due to error "No kibana plugins found in archive" ]

Is this plugin have to install in linux environment?

It's the 3rd-party plugin, it's hard to say where the problem is. I'd suggest you to ask the maintainer of this plugin instead: Issues · gwintzer/kibana-comments-app-plugin · GitHub
