Please take the time to properly describe your issue and include configuration and any other relevant information about what happens, including logs where applicable. If you can’t spend the time to help people help you, why should we spend extra effort trying to help you?

Look, people are trying to help you (often in their spare time). To make it possible and more likely that you will get an answer:

  1. You need to provide enough details so that others can understand the problem. "no generate pdf my kibana" is not giving much of a starting point...
  2. Try to work with us and don't make it sound like a demand. When someone asks for logs, configs,... then "if you know the answer speak" is neither helpful nor appropriate.
