Exporting to report to PDF in Kibana generates reports with empty data

Hi, I am trying to create a pdf report from one of my saved dashboards but when I download the generated PDF report, the visualizations are empty.

What can I do to solve this?

Hmm, usually this has to do with your configuration settings. Can you provide your kibana.yml? Are you getting any errors in the Kibana console?

Where do I get that? We are subscribing to the cloud elastic service.

Hmm, okay then that shouldn't be your problem. Could you create a simple markdown visualization and see if you can export it to PDF? Perhaps the data is taking too long to come back from Elasticsearch and you're getting timeout errors.
