Kibana data table text color formatting based on field value

Hi,

I want to change the text color of the data table cell, based on the index filed value for that cell. I saw couple of old questions around that and saying that it was not supported in Kibana at that time. May I know is it still the same for Kibana 7.4 version as well? If not can you please give some hints on how to do that?
