It seems that the download for https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/kibana/kibana-7.0.0-windows-x86_64.zip is timing out. It reaches nearly 100% and then hangs. The one time that it did download, the ZIP appeared corrupt. Is this a known issue?

I don't think there is any issue. I tried and the unzip completed without problems and the sha512 matches for my download.
