Could you provide some more details? When are you running into this issue?

I just executed elasticsearch.bat post that i am running kibana.bat in different command prompt in respective folder i am getting error

Looking at this previous thread, looks like there are a few things you can try:

  • Is there an optimize directory next to the bin folder? If there is, you could try and delete it and see if Kibana will start then.
  • If not that, something might have gone wrong during download/unzip. Could you try deleting it and redownloading?
