Kibana license question

Hi, my company is wondering about the license for Kibana regarding reselling/rebranding. Does anyone have experience with this? We want to create dashboards for our clients using Kibana and sell a service that uses Elasticsearch to power the data.

We would like to:

  • put our branding on Kibana so that, like a logo or custom colors
  • add preconfigured visualizations and dashboards
  • restrict clients from having access to different settings features

We would NOT:

  • change attribution or say that Kibana is our product. we'd obviously still say it is Kibana under the hood

Does this adhere to the Apache2 license? Do you know of any other companies that do this?
