Kibana login page logo customization in version 8.x

Hi All,

We have developed theme plugin to update login page logo via .css file. It was working fine till 7.17. But when we migrated to 8.2 version, it stopped working as that .css file is no longer available when user is on login page.

So any help how we can make it work via .css in version 8.x?
