Dear all if you notice, there are some reconnection happening after a few minutes, then eventually it gets connected and starts to receive data. Above is the Kibana.log file. Please advise what went wrong?

Sorry, I don't see "Trying to reconnect" in the screenshot you posted. Can you point it out to me?
The "Trying to authenticate" messages are expected with debug logging enabled. That's nothing to worry about.
