Kibana not able to access publicily

Hi mates,
Could you please suggest me how do i access kibana making public from other network.Though it is accessed within the same network but not accessible from other networks.my kibana version is 6.3.i edited serve.host:"0.0.0.0" in kibana.yml.

Do hosts on the other network have route to the network where Kibana is running? The fact that hosts on the same network can reach Kibana suggests that there is a routing/firewall issue.
