Kibana service cannot start. It is paused

Hi

I have installed Kibana 7.6.0 as a service but the status is paused. I tried stopping it and running it again. I have also tried reinstalling it and old version (5.5.2). Still do not work. What to do?

What OS is this on? Are there any errors in the logs?
