Kibana set up windows service (6.2.1)

Hello there,

We are using version Elastic/Kibana version 6.2.1. Elastic service has a nice service installer to create the service. Kibana currently doesn't have one. However we were able to create a service using the NSSM using the stack overflow article from below.

Is there an easier way to do this? or a recommendation from Elastic as to how to set this up without NSSM? The regular sc.exe create did NOT work.

I'm not aware of any recommendation from Elastic on running Kibana as a service. However, there iare currently a couple of open issues on GitHub for this:
