Kibana showing error while startup

Hi,

i am trying running kibana using ./bin/kibana and getting below error.

log [03:33:23.065] [fatal][root] Error: No unique release file found!
at /home/switcrlh/elk/kibana-7.0.0-linux-x86_64/node_modules/getos/index.js:149:21
at FSReqWrap.oncomplete (fs.js:154:21)

FATAL Error: No unique release file found!

i am not able to find out the log file for this kibana starting related process.
please help in starting this.

What operating system are you running Kibana on?

What download package did you use? The tar.gz that you un-tarred? Or a .deb or .rpm package that you installed?

Also, if you're just getting started, you might want to go ahead and download the latest 7.0.1 builds.

running on ubuntu 16.04
and it was kibana.7.0.1.tar.gz only which i un-tarred.
