Elastic Stack Kibana

Is there a way I can color an entire row or a cell in a Data Table Visualization?
So i have a table with column status and it has values ("Severe", "Warning". "OK")
Based on these values, I would like to see the cell or row colored for quick and effective filtering.

Not currently, I think there is a feature request open for it though, somewhere
