Kibana Tag Description on Hover

Hello,

Nice work with the Kibana tags in 7.11, that will be useful.

But I was thinking that it would be nice if the description was shown when hovering over the tag.

For example:

In the above screenshot, the hoverbox show es, while the description is Elasticsearch:

That way we can use shorter tags.
