Kibana top toolbar

Hello everyone,
I’m using Kibana version 8.
In the top toolbar, there’s a help icon (a life ring symbol) that provides access to the documentation.
Is it possible to customize it for on-prem, connect it to an internal repository on the company’s servers, and at the same time remove less relevant options like linking to GitHub?
