Which file is changed? Where are these settings located?

Yes, this is the same doc as the one in the link i posted. But I would like to write a script that changes some of these settings on my ubuntu machine, so I wanted to know where the file that lists these configurations can be found, an /etc/kibana/.conf or .yml or something of the sort that lists these options and can be changed from outside the UI.

They are stored in the .kibana index.
