Kibana Visualization Missing Time Range UI

Hello all,
This is my Visualization Tab and I am missing the Time Range UI that allows me to determine what time my data appears

On the other hand, on my discover tab, I see that it exists as "Last 15 Mins"

What can I do to restore that time range tab?

what version of the stack are you using?

Kibana 6.8.0 Management

That is a pretty old version of Kibana.
Are you able to upgrade?
Newer versions of visualization editors in Kibana integrate the time range UI.
