Kibana's chart customization

I wonder if there is a easy way to:

  1. change style of chart title, both for all charts on dashboard and for selected chart(s) only
  2. add subtitle to chart(s) with own styling.

Unfortunately no. Right now we just have dark theme/light theme. We have this feature request to track making it more customizable: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/9243

But as I can see this issue is dated 2 years ago. Any roadmap for solution?
