latency graph not coming in APM dashboard other things are coming i don't know why ?

Why 8.9.1? Are you waiting until they celebrate their 3rd birthday, which is in 2 days?
It's maybe not related to whatever issue you are facing, but running software that far behind current releases is still relatively poor software hygiene.
Please tell us more about the issue - was it working last week, has it ever worked, ..? Do the raw documents have transaction.duration.* fields, with numeric values, for the services you are interested in? I note the "DEMO" in the screenshot, is this a learning exercise?
