The elasticsearch-#.#.#.jar files from elasticsearch.org and GitHub include
NOTICE.txt and LICENSE.txt files that are missing from files of the same
name downloaded in mvnrepository.com.
The Apache 2.0 license requires that the NOTICE file be included so it sort
of seems like using the .jar from mvnrepository.com would violate the
license terms.
