Did you purchase an extension from Elastic?

No, I just download elasctic

Once the license is expired you need to get a Support Subscription to keep using the product.
There is only an initial, limited trial license provided.

When you download and first run Shield, a built-in 30 day trial license is activated. If your license expires and you would like a trial license extension, please send an email to info@elastic.co and our team will be happy to issue an extension.
