LIne Chart in Kibana

Please suggest how can I replicate the same visualization in Kibana. In screen shot enclosed the data snapshot as well.

Full data ingested in ES, on Kibana dashboard want to filter the data with "Dept". I am struglling to get the months on X Axis .

Solved It.. Change the data model and swap the row with column which give me months on X-Axis

I ran into a similiar problem, could you please detail what you did on kibana to obtain the desired representation?
